BESTCON of Jacksonville proudly presents the last contiguous community at Jacksonville Beach, just 6 - blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Developed as a PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the support of the City of Jacksonville Beach over the past 4 - years, these 22 - acres will feature 62 - homesites for the construction of single family homes. We have called this community, Paradise Key .

Jacksonville Beach and the St. Augustine region are often referred to as the First Coast . This name stems from a rich history of conquest, trade, politics, maritime commerce and raw natural beauty. The raw beauty of the area is what has inspired natural aesthetic of the architecture here at Paradise Key .

This architecture can be referred to as Coastal Beach vernacular. However, this style is also derived from the organic nature of the area. The intent of this architecture is to have honest simplicity in its form and detailing, resulting in a beautiful integrity unique to the homes in Paradise Key .

Completion of the development phase is set for the Fall of 2005. Construction of homes, by BESTCON Homes , will start shortly thereafter. Lot reservations are now being taken.
